FALL Semester Information
The fall semester will be as follows:
Tuesday evening classes being on September 14 and end on November 16
Wednesday classes begin on September 15 and end on November 17.
Thursday classes begin on September 16 and end on November 18.
Saturday classes begin on September 18 and end on November 20
The ten week session includes weekly, 45-minute classes with songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability. Each family receives 2 CDs and a Songbook of the semester's activities. New families also receive an informational DVD.

Mixed Age
(Newborn through 4 Years) Child development researchers recommend mixed-age groupings because it fosters natural, family-style learning. Younger children enjoy watching and imitating the older ones; older children learn by leading the younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together. Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching, or exploring musical instruments.
